E. PRACTICAL TRAINING // Fabulous Feet Effortless jumping
Eric Franklin
Both the strength and the aesthetics of the feet are key to success in dance. Without strong and well aligned feet good posture can not be attained and petit allegro is all but impossible. In this workshop we will learn imagery and movement exercises to create strong and balanced feet, respecting both aesthetics and the need for safety. Theraband and ball exercises specifically designed to create the power necessary to perform effortless jumps will be the conclusion of this workshop.
